The final ‘rest and recovery’ weekend is nearly upon us – and it’s very welcome! I’ve worked hard this week – on the workouts and eating a clean diet. There have been moments when both were a struggle but here we are at the end of Week 8 – and only one more to go!
54 days boxing training done – it’s not really that long – although it’s felt like an epic journey for my mind and body!
I’m looking forward to a big push next week – and I’ll share my final thoughts next Friday.
