Both Technique 2 and Power & Speed 2 involve the sit-down during shadow boxing. Ok you look and feel a little silly doing it, but in reality it really is a useful technique. I used to use the sit-down in sparring all the time, you don’t have to go as far down as I’m showing in the photo – simply a little bob down when you opponent jabs or crosses towards your head, their punches miss and you are at a perfect distance to retaliate. 🙂

I’m looking forward to tomorrow, if Power & Speed 4 is my hardest workout, I think my favourite workout for combinations is the Technique 3 workout (thats what I’m doing tomorrow) I still love the Jab > Cross to the Body > Hook to the head combo (you can generate so much power in that hook 🙂 .
