You just need to take it ‘Round by Round’.
I wasn’t in the best frame of mind today – but once you make the conscious effort to press play and begin the workout, and you’ve put your wraps and gloves on – it becomes difficult to quit.
Suffering on a particularly exercise? Well, you’re no more than 1 minute from changing to something else. Keep going.
30-minutes a day, it’s not much time – and over before you know it. There is seriously no time to get bored or feel sorry for yourself. And I’m always quietly pleased with myself at the end of each workout. Guaranteed. Job well done, another step closer.
And this is coming from me – the champion of excuses and procrastination.
Cheers, John
