DAY THIRTY

OK, so I’m certainly no Brad Pitt, but overall I’m pretty happy with the results of both the pictures and the measurements 🙂 .

The Measurements!
20 Days left and I really do think I’m getting there, I’m over a stone lighter so everything is getting easier, just moving is easier :-).

On day 1 I took some pictures that I didn’t put up – why not? – because they were pretty horrible, I am ashamed of them. If fact I was shocked when I saw them. They are of my back, somewhere I couldn’t ever see in the mirror. The first thing I did when I saw them was apologise to my wife 🙂 .

It’s taken me till week 6 to finally pluck up the courage to show them – the thing is I’m 16lbs down and there is still fat that needs to come off. I must have some sort of Camel in me to store all the fat there – weird!

I’m going to go for it for the last 2 to 3 weeks before my final results – I’m going to concentrate on building more muscle and focus on getting rid of that last bit of stubborn fat.

The purpose of this site was to show what can be accomplished using the punchbag for training in a structured punch bag workout – I really think the benefits have been fantastic – Losing Weight, Toning Up and Learning Boxing Skills all at once 🙂 .
