Boxing Coach
I’m not posing for the photo. I’m looking down at the iPad, watching Corney explain the next round during the ‘rest period’. I needed more than just a rest period today though.
Let’s get one thing clear – Power & Speed 4 is tough boxing workout. Really tough. I struggled but I’m also happy – this workout is my benchmark. If I can successfully complete it, without feeling wrecked by the end – I’ll be in a good place fitness wise.
On a positive note, I’ve noticed my legs are now much stronger – the extra skipping is helping me. The most intense exercise in this workout is definitely the ‘Split Stance Jumps’ in Rounds 2 & 4. I managed most of them and only reverted to pulses for 30 seconds at the end of Round 4. It felt like real progress.
If you want a taster of the ‘Split Stance Jumps’ – check out the free Fight Yourself Fit – 12-Minute Workout on YouTube below. Absolute Killer!
Cheers, John.
