Ok.. so I may have cheated slightly with the speed – and I promise you the Benny Hill music isn’t in any of the workouts 🙂
Because it was back to Technique Workout One “The Basics” today I wanted to up the tempo slightly. So I added in slips wherever I possibly could after each combination to help improve my head movement.
I’ve also carried on what I started at the beginning of this week and that is to increase the end exercise on the technique workouts to 8 to 1 – I will keep adding to this so by the final week I should be on 10 to 1 – I’m really not looking forward to that!
