Fight Yourself Fit Results

DAY TWENTY SIX

Sorry to burn your eyes once more with half naked pictures of me, but it’s something we have to do to show the difference, plus it’s good motivation for me to try harder 🙂

Fight Yourself Fit Results so far…

Measurement Day 1 Week 4
Height 6.2″ – 188cm  –
Neck 16" 16" (same)
Chest 40" 41.5" (gained 1.5")
Waist 36"  34" (lost 2")
Hips 38" 37" (lost 1")
Belly 40" 37" (lost 3")
Biceps 14" 14.5" (gained 0.5")
Thighs 22.5" 22.5" (same")
Buttocks 40" 38" (lost 2")
WEIGHT 192lbs  182lbs (LOST 10lbs)

The Measurements!
OK – so I’m nearly halfway through the 60 day program and ok my photo doesn’t show a massive difference, but I think the measurements speak for themselves. I would definitely have liked to have been lighter and visibly better, but at the end of the day I am trying to shift quite a lot of fat.

I’m still kind of happy at the weight loss though, it’s been 4 weeks so on average I’ve shifted 2.5lb of fat a week which is a good healthy and sustainable target. I will fiddle with my diet over the next couple of weeks before the next photos (at week 6) to see if I can cut any bad habits out.

I would have loved to have added more to my biceps, but wouldn’t everyone 🙂 .I’m naturally a tall slight build so I’ll never look like Arnie (not that I’d want to) but I’ll see how I progress with this over the next few weeks.

The press-ups are working though, I’m really pleased with the 1.5″ increase overall on my chest. My favourite result by far is my belly – down 3″ and my waist down to 37″ this goes someway to explain why my jeans kept falling down!

How I feel!
Well I’m 10lbs lighter, that in itself feels excellent – it’s much easier to move around. I have a much more positive mindset. Best of all my boxing has come on in leaps and bounds. The constant practice and structured routine has got me hitting harder and faster than I ever have. To be fair even without the measurements I would have been happy with this alone.

I’m really looking forward to the next 4 to 5 weeks and will be putting everything I can in to get the best possible results.

Todays Workout
Today I was back to Technique Workout 4 – “Close Up” – still my favourite so far. I did this after the photos and had a new found energy. I know this whole program works because I trialled it, but to prove it wasn’t a fluke or a one-off is brilliant – Fight Yourself Fit does get results – period.

Cheers, Steve.
