Day 25 – A Little Bit Nervous

Fight Yourself Fit Workout

Fight Yourself Fit workoutApologies for posting my dodgy picture for a second time – believe me it’s not something I’m proud of and I find it incredibly embarrassing – but hey we all have to start somewhere.

It was the body blasting “Power & Speed 3” workout today. I was really up for it – any extra calories I can burn or muscle I can build before I have to take my 4 week photos tomorrow is welcome.

I’ve tried to keep away from the scales as much as I can. If I weigh myself daily I find my weight can fluctuate quite a lot and depending on the reading it can put me in a good or bad mood for the day 🙂 . Tomorrow I will finally find out my proper weight and measurements and that’s whats making me nervous. But I can do no more, I’ve put 100% into my workouts and been eating as clean as I possible can – so fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Back To Today’s Workout
Yesterday I concentrated on speed throughout the workout rather than power ..today it was powers turn. As I’ve said plenty of times before, there’s nothing better than hitting the bag sweetly and with power, but my god it was absolutely knackering. We all take it for granted when we watch boxers in the ring going for it toe to toe. Well that was me on the bag today, by round 4 it wasn’t so much power as just trying to get my arms to move vaguely towards the bag.

I’ve no idea how I made it through to the end, but lets just say there was a lot of swearing, grunting and a new one on me – spitting. I’ve done all I can today and I feel excellent as I usually do after the fight yourself fit workout.

No matter the results of tomorrows photos, no laughing please 🙂

Cheers, Steve.
