Punching The Bag
Just a quick update today – works been busy, busy – but I still managed to get my half an hour off work for Power & Speed 2.
It was one of those days where I just kept saying to myself “there’s not enough time” – but I ignored that and just dropped everything, wrapped my hands up and went outside. Really pleased I did on 2 counts –
1. I would have felt really guilty if I’d I missed a workout.
2. I felt so much better after the workout, I reckon I even got more work done because of it. 🙂
Quick tip today- if you’re punching the bag in 2’s 4’s and 6’s (straights or body punches) Concentrate on bringing your hands back after you punch, you’ll be surprised how much faster you start punching. 🙂
