Fight Yourself Fit
Sorry, just a quick update – it’s been a busy day for me today but I still managed to get out in the garage and complete “Power & Speed 2”
It’s nearly the end of week 2 of the Fight Yourself Fit Workout and today I noticed a real difference in my recovery time. During week one (and the beginning of this week) I spent most of the rest time in the workouts just trying to get my breath back.
Today though, I felt like I was “on it”, I was working hard in the rounds and halfway through the rest time I was near enough ready for the next exercise – I even started doing the combinations slowly in preparation for the next round. It feels really good to slowly be getting my fitness back.
Onwards and upwards …
